Scope

MbretAI is a protected operating system for professional real estate transactions. Services depend on the agreed offer and access rights.

Term

The initial contract term is 12 months. It then renews for successive 3-month periods unless terminated with one month's notice to the applicable term end.

User duties

• Keep credentials secure.
• Provide only lawful and accurate data.
• Respect confidentiality and access approvals.
• Have AI outputs reviewed before any binding decision.
