Success commission

The commission is calculated on the purchase price stated in the publicly notarised purchase agreement.

Purchase price below CHF 1m

1.00%

CHF 1m to below CHF 5m

0.75%

CHF 5m to below CHF 50m

0.50%

CHF 50m and above

0.45%

Accrual and payment

The claim arises upon valid public notarisation and is due within 10 calendar days after the notarised agreement or the contractually defined closing.

Buyer and source protection

The commission remains due where a contract is concluded with a contact or source introduced through MbretAI during the contract or within 12 months after it ends, including connected parties or an economically equivalent transaction.
