Confidential access

The data room is limited to authenticated users authorised for the specific deal. Access depends on role, subscription, NDA status and explicit approval.

Permitted use

• Use documents only for the relevant transaction.
• Do not share them with unauthorised parties.
• Protect and delete local copies when no longer needed.
• Report missing or contradictory information.

Traceability

Private PDFs may be watermarked with user, organisation, deal and time. Access and downloads are logged.
